SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you’re not 100% satisfied within 30 days, simply return it for a full refund. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your Twist & Shape, call (888) 206-6133 or email twistandshape@staruno.com within 30 days from delivery to obtain return instructions. Upon the product’s return, you will be reimbursed the original purchase amount (including S&P). Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

If you choose the 4 payment structure, the first payment will include Twist & Shape installment of $59.99 + any accessories, S&H + tax (where applicable). The next 3 payments of $59.99 will be charged to card on file in approximately 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. State sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to NV & SC.

The standard processing time from order placement to receipt of order is 7-14 business days.
